Pariwar Hospital HIMS
Pariwar Hospital was running on paper registers and disconnected Excel sheets. Records were lost, billing errors were routine, and staff spent hours chasing files instead of treating patients.
1The Problem
No centralized patient records. OPD, pharmacy, and lab data lived in silos, billing was slow and error-prone, and management had no real-time visibility into revenue, occupancy, or daily operations.
2The Solution
I designed a modular HIMS on Laravel + MySQL: role-based access for doctors, nurses, and admins; a unified patient timeline across OPD and IPD; pharmacy and inventory management with low-stock alerts; a laboratory module with automated report generation; billing with insurance-claim support; and a management dashboard with daily revenue and occupancy analytics. Deployed on a hardened server with automated backups and a documented disaster-recovery plan.
